Brain State TrainingTM is a holistic approach to EEG Biofeedback. Also known as Neurofeedback, EEG Biofeedback training is a process that uses gentle, non-invasive electrode technology to directly monitor brain wave activity and help individuals learn to control and improve brain function and behavior. The Brain State TrainingTM approach looks at the health and wellness of the entire brain rather than at individual symptoms or issues, and focuses on bringing balance and optimum function to the whole brain.
